Postage & Packaging FAQ's
What courier do you use for postage?
We use Royal Mail for most orders. We send packages using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 (if you have selected next day delivery). If your order is slightly larger we find the most cost effective way of sending them, but generally this is for orders to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. You will receive confirmation by email of how to track your order.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £50. These orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 (unless next day delivery is selected at the checkout).
Do you send all items together?
For most orders they will be sent in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes. Depending on the size of your order this may be split over multiple boxes. They will be labeled with the total number of boxes. If it is more economical we may send your order on a pallet (this is for large orders generally of 100+ trays) and will contact you to arrange the best delivery option.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to get all orders delivered within 3-5 days. In busier periods this is extended to 5-7 days. Next day delivery if purchased before 2:00pm if not it will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email (to the email provided at checkout) when your order has been dispatched along with tracking information.
I'm having problems with my delivery, what can i do?
Please use the tracking information you have receieved where you can redirect, change delivery dates and arrange collection from a pick up point. If you are still having difficulties please get in contact with us. If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us.
What packaging materials do you use?
Delivery on small orders are packed in corrugated cardboard cartons, which are manufactured using at least 60% recycled materials and starch based adhesives, which means they can be easily and completely recycled at any paper recycling plant. Cardboard is biodegradable and will decompose naturally. The starch based adhesive used to hold the layers together is not harmful to the environment. Cardboard can also be composted.
Carton Sealing
We use eco-friendly kraft paper tape to securely seal our parcels. The tape is fully recyclable or can be composted.
Wrapping / Filling of voids
To help our products reach you in perfect condition, we sometimes use corrugated paper, which is manufactured with 100% recycled material and can be completely recycled or composted once used. We also use void fill to help protect the contents of our parcels in the event of them being dropped in transit. The void fill material we use is manufactured from maize grit, water, herbal extractions, with a patented non-hazardous manufacturing method. The void fill will dissolve when in contact with water.
Other Packing Materials
Occasionally we may use non-recyclable packing material such as plastic bubble wrap. Please be assured this is material that has been used by our suppliers to transport goods to us. We never buy non-recyclable packaging but believe if a non-recyclable packing material already exists, we may as well reuse it.
Ordering FAQ's
How can I place an order?
Place an order by adding products to your cart with the “add to basket” button. From there you will be able to go to your basket with the shopping basket icon at the right top of your screen.
Next there will be instructions taking your through the check out process to place your order.
Is my product in stock?
The stock of each item can be found on the product page. We keep most items in stock apart from ‘other forestry trays’ which are non stock items and require minimum order levels.
How can i change my order?
You can change your order if you have not received a shipping confirmation email. If you are unsure, please contact us.
Can I return or exchange?
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Please note we only accept returns if they are in as new condition. Returns can be sent to – Containerwise, Kelham Street, Doncaster, DN1 3RA. We ask that all returns are sent tracked to ensure safe delivery.

Payment FAQ's
How can I pay?
Payment can be made at the checkout in the majority of methods. We do not accept Paypal. If you wish please consider setting up a trade account for larger/ commercial orders as we offer discounts based on quantities based on 100+ trays.
Do I have to pay to return/ exchange my items?
Yes, we don’t offer returns labels. Please get in contact with us if you are having any difficulites. We ask that all returns are sent tracked to ensure safe delivery.
Where can I find my invoice?
You will receive an invoice along with your order confirmation to the email address used at the checkout.
